The Art of Creating & Holding Space- Perinatal Movement for Birth Workers & Beyond

The Art of Creating & Holding Space- Perinatal Movement for Birth Workers & Beyond is a hybrid perinatal movement immersion for birth workers, doulas, and care providers seeking to integrate functional movement, breat hwork, and somatic tools into prenatal, labor, and postpartum support. Rooted in yoga, Pilates-based functional movement, trauma-informed care, and ancestral perinatal traditions, this training offers practical, adaptable tools for real-world client settings—both in person and virtual. Participants learn perinatal anatomy, movement for common birth challenges, rebozo foundations (Naoli Vinaver lineage), nervous system regulation, and how to design 5-, 10-, and 20-minute flows for visits. The program includes a self-paced online library, two live virtual sessions, and a hands-on in-person movement lab. Graduates receive a digital course manual, client-ready tools, movement flows, and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Certificate.
